Memorial Day 2008
The CR’s hosted a cookout as a way of thanking all hands for the hard work and cooperation getting so many boats in the water efficiently and carefully.
Memorial Day Weekend is crunch time at the yard, and every department did a fine job pulling together to get the work done. In particular, Chris Bryant's management of logistics and Andy Shor's scheduling of work made for our smoothest spring ever.
CR Dan Crete loaned his grill, but was called away by a customer, and had to leave the party. Fortunately for the hungry crowd, new painter Sean Easton stepped up to the grill. His burger recipe includes garlic, soy sauce and oatmeal, and was really delicious.
