Jeff is designated by Mercury as a Master Technician. He has traveled to New Jersey, Ohio, and New Hampshire for the most current training available with Mercury's experts.

Both Jeff and Jed are recognized as Master Technicians by Yamaha. They have traveled a dozen times to Atlanta, Georgia for state of the art education at Yamaha's world class training facility.
