Foreman Jeff Harrison is designated by Mercury as a Master Technician. Jeff and Jed Hoffer are Yamaha Master Technicians. Those two, and along with experienced tech, Phil Batista, travel to New Jersey, Ohio, and New Hampshire for the most current training available with Mercury's experts. They travel to Atlanta, Georgia for state of the art education at Yamaha's world class training facility, and also to Philadelphia for factory certification by American Honda. All added up, they have put in 55 years at Burr Brothers.
