October 10, 2016, Monday, Columbus Day Lunch – Harriet’s made a Caribbean feast! Paella with jumbo shrimp and salmon, pulled pork, fresh bread, and a tropical slaw with avocado, mango, cabbage, and onion, tossed in a honey line vinaigrette. So delicious!
October is a busy time of year for us. We started the tradition of Columbus Day Lunch as a way to catch up with customers about summer adventure and also to thank our employees for working on a holiday. If you think you might be in the yard closing up your vessel, come by for lunch, served in the store from noon until around 1:00. If you can, rsvp to your CR. It’s developing into a hearty tradition.
